Early Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed Ricardo’s Tortilla Factory to their membership with a ribbon cutting.
Ricardo’s has new owners who offer the same recipes along with some new menu items and daily lunch specials. Menudo is available on Fridays and Saturday’s. Those dining in can enjoy outside dining.In the near future, Ricardo’s plans to expand their business to include evening hours and more parking. They also plan to expand their tortilla sales into the retail market at grocery stores and convenience stores.
Ricardo’s current hours are 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday – Saturday.
