The Early Chamber of Commerce recently held a ground breaking and ribbon cutting for Summerfield Estates, a new housing subdivision in Early.
This 63-acre tract is being developed by Casey Williams and will feature restricted home sites for single family homes with all city utilities and services. 16 lots, which are 80’x120′, are platted and approved. 8 of these lots are along Salt Creek Drive and 8 are on West Hall Court, just off of Longhorn Drive.
Murrayco Development has purchased the 8 lots on West Hall Court and are in the process of starting two new homes. Murrayco Development has built 15 homes in the Early area since 2008.
The City of Early has agreed to waive all permit, tap and inspections fees for new construction within the city limits.
