The Early Chamber of Commerce recently presented the June Business of the Month Award to Loadcraft Industries, Ltd. at the Early location in appreciation for their support to the Early Chamber of Commerce and the community.

Loadcraft Industries, Ltd. is a faith based; family owned manufacturing business formed in the summer of 2004 in Brady, Texas.  Starting with 25 employees, Loadcraft today operates three plants, one each located in Brady, Brownwood and Early, Texas with well over 400 employees and growing. From the heart of Texas, throughout the U.S. and into over 22 countries, Loadcraft supplies equipment to the oil and gas industry (land drilling and work over rigs, drawworks, mud tanks, frac equipment),  transportation industry (heavy haul trailers) and the construction industry (concrete batch plants) throughout the world. Loadcraft depends highly on local and surrounding area skilled labor and boldly states “Our Greatest Asset is Our People.”

Recently Nabors Industries, which owns and operates the world’s largest land-based drilling rig fleet among being a leading force in the U.S. and international oil and gas markets, worked a deal with Loadcraft to produce fifteen packages for their new PACE®-X Rig. This required recruitment for more skilled labor and securing a steady project through 2015. The Nabors project is to become a pivotal moment in the growth and stability for the company.

With the employee base representing McCullough County, Coleman County, Brown County, Mason County and other surrounding counties, Loadcraft Industries invests into these communities. Supporting projects include: project graduation, Stock Shows/Programs, welding programs at local High Schools & Colleges, various community events, Sr. scholarships, sports organizations, school activities, and many other community projects.
