Early Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon cutting for the Brownwood Retirement Village located at 318 Bluffview Drive in Brownwood.
Brownwood Retirement Village is a family-friendly apartment community which is an independent living center for seniors 55 and over. The complex is the only gated retirement center in the Brownwood area.Brownwood Retirement Village is an income based retirement center that has one and two bedrooms units. The complex has a walking path and a community garden for residents to enjoy.
Brownwood Retirement Village community amenities include a library, clubhouse with game/TV room, exercise room, planned community activities, a dining hall equipped with a kitchen, an outdoor pavilion for entertainment with picnic tables and grills, washer dryer connections, patios, and a swimming pool with water aerobics.
