Brownwood News – The Early Chamber of Commerce will hold their monthly luncheon on Friday, July 28th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Early Chamber of Commerce, located at 104 E. Industrial Boulevard in Early. This month’s luncheon is a special event, with speakers from New Horizons to share information about child abuse and neglect, foster care, and adoption.

All guests are invited to purchase a teddy bear to be donated to New Horizons so that incoming children can receive a comforting gift. Each person that donates a Teddy Bear will be entered into a raffle for a $100 Visa gift card. There will also be door prizes awarded during the luncheon.
New Horizons provides counseling and specialized treatment to children and families throughout Texas. For over 45 years, the agency has been helping children who are suffering from emotional trauma due to abuse and neglect.
