Early Chamber of Commerce announces its 2012 Christmas Lighting Contest highlighting “Small Town Livin’ – Big Town Pride.”
Early Chamber of Commerce officials invite citizens of Early to enter the contest which kicks off November 18th with two cash prizes of $250 each for the best business and residential entries.
“Let’s brighten up our corridor into Brown County,” Director Wanda Furguson encourages.
Winners will be announced December 20th with prizes presented during an Open House at the Early Chamber of Commerce which is located at 104 E. Industrial Drive in Early.
Entrants must complete an entry form and live within the city limits of Early. There is no fee to enter the contest. Prize money is provided by the Early Beautification Commission.
Judges from out of town will drive by each entry and give a score that will be tallied together to determine the top winners in each of the two categories.
