Cross Classical Academy of Brownwood invites the public to attend a student communication presentation by Dr. Kathy Koch, president and founder of Celebrate Kids, Inc. The event will be held October 25, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the CLC Fellowship Hall/Conference room at Coggin Avenue Baptist Church. The event is free to the public and love offerings will be accepted as well.
Dr. Koch is an internationally known speaker who addresses parents, educators and volunteers who work with students. She presents effects ways to encourage students to reach their full potential. Koch will address the audience in the topic of meeting the core needs of students by using effective problem solving skills and learning to appreciate the uniqueness of each individual. Parents, educators and volunteers will leave with new ideas to strengthen their students’ intellectual, social, mental and spiritual health.
“We want to encourage anyone who is a parent, or works with children in any capacity to take part in this exciting opportunity,” says Mandi Moore, administrator of CCA. “Koch presents an effective message on parenting and communicating with children in a humorous style, definitely and event you do not want to miss.”
