Dorothy F. (Moore) Tiemann 81, of Brownwood, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at the Bangs Nursing Home. She was born on July 27, 1931, in Brownwood to the late Tom & Clara Mae Moore. She married the late Weldon Tiemann in Priddy, Texas and later they moved to Brownwood. Dorothy worked as a LVN and owned the Gulf service station in Early. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and she shared a special bond with her grandchildren.
Dorothy was preceded in death by parents, Tom and Clara Mae Moore; husband, Weldon Tiemann; great granddaughter, Emilyn Dorothy Tiemann; sisters, Hazel Deering, Billie Busbee, and Wanda McCrary and brother-in-law, Albert Tiemann.She leaves behind her children, Lynn Tiemann and wife, Tonie of Brownwood, Steve Tiemann and wife, Sharon of Brownwood and Marilyn Tiemann and husband, David of Midland, Texas; brothers, Tom Moore and wife, Deron of Bangs, Jim Moore and wife, Linda of Fort Worth, Texas and Troy Moore and wife, Linda of Hamshire, Texas; sisters, Colleen White of Boca Raton, Florida and Barbara Buckelew of Lake Brownwood; grandchildren, Sheria Hicks and husband, Kyle of Austin, Texas, Michael Tiemann of Brownwood, Thomas Tiemann of Brownwood, Bobby Tiemann and wife, Samantha of Midland, Texas, Kara Kensing and husband, Kyle of Brownwood, Ray Todd Slayton and wife, Randi of Brookesmith, Texas, Mylinda Valencia and Marquez Valencia, Both of Midland, Texas; great grandchildren, Chelcy and Abbi Hicks both of Austin, Texas, Brooklyn and Cason Tiemann both of Midland, Hyler Hatchett, Kashleigh Kensing, Kannon Kensing,Triston Slayton, Landon Slayton and Emma Slayton, all of Brownwood and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
