stateoftexaslogoTuesday, November 3rd is Election Day as state and local residents will have the opportunity to help decide the fate of 11 proposed state constitutional amendments on the ballot.

As early voting ended on Friday, only 605 ballots had been cast in Brown County so far in the proposition election which is a tiny amount of the local voter pool.  County election officials are urging residents to get out and cast their votes on Tuesday.

For a guide to the 11 proposed amendments, see our Proposed Constitutional Amendment Guide for an outline of each proposition along with comments from supporters and opponents of each one.  CLICK HERE for the guide.

Be sure to stop by the 57th Annual Brownwood Kiwanis Pancake Supper as well on Election Day.  It will have all you can eat pancakes at the Brownwood Coliseum from 5pm-7:30pm & tickets are $5 each.
