Donna Rue Dobson, age 63 of Bangs, formerly of McAlister, OK, passed away Friday, November 4, 2011 in Bangs. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Friday, November 11, 2011 at the Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenleaf Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Thursday, November 10, 2011 at Davis-Morris Funeral Home.
Donna was born December 17, 1947 in Brownwood, Texas to Bill and Merlene (Oden) Hair. She graduated from Permian High School in Odessa, TX, in 1966. Donna attended the University of Irvine where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She married Jerry Dobson on April 16, 2011 in Newark, TX. Donna was employed with a local real estate agency where she worked as a broker. She attended church at Victory Life Church of Brownwood where she was a member.

Mrs. Dobson was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Merlene Hair; and her brother Alan Hair.
Survivors include her husband Jerry Dobson of Bangs; her daughter, Cami Wright and husband Rob of Carlsbad, CA; her son, Robin Pingle and wife Jen of Huntington Beach, CA; sister-in-law Maryln Hair Hanley and Husband Michael of Bangs, TX; her grandchildren, Tim Wright, Sean Wright, Wade Wright, Loren Pingle, Will Pingle, and Ferris Pingle, a niece; June Gibson and husband James of Bangs, TX; a nephew, Tye Hair and wife Shelly of San Antonio, TX; and several other nieces and nephews.
