District 8 of Veterans of Foreign War to Observe Beginning of Operation Desert Storm

District 8 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and their Posts with the Districts Ladies & Men’s Auxiliaries will host an observe the beginning of Operation Desert Storm on February 15th at 10:45 AM at the VFW Post 6873 in Abilene, 1049 Vapor Trail, (across from Dyess AFB).

Veterans of Desert Storm as well as the public are invited to attend.  VFW membership benefits will be presented to the Veterans.

The beginning of Operation Desert Storm was on February 28, 1991.
