A Memorial Service for Delores (Lori) Cadena Moreno, age 47, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday at the Milton Avenue Baptist Church with Pastor John Villarreal officiating. Cremation is under the direction of the Netherton Funeral Home. Mrs. Moreno passed away Friday, July 11, 2014 in the San Angelo Memorial Hospital.
Lori was born on August 16, 1966 in Brownwood to Alfred and Josephas S. (Jodie) Saiz Cadena Sr. She received her Medical Aide Certification and worked at several of the local nursing homes over the years. Lori was a lifetime resident of Brownwood and attended the Milton Avenue Baptist Church.
Survivors include her parents Alfred and Jodie Cadena Sr.; siblings Alfred Cadena Jr., Delia Cadena, Ruben Cadena, Raul Cadena, Christie Townsend, Anna Cadena and Paul Cadena; Aunts and Uncles Maria Saiz, Johnny Cadena, Joe Cadena, Ralph Cadena, Jesse Cadena, Delia Murray, Margaret Rubelcalba, Virginia DelaRosa, RolindaPizzaro, Dora Cadena and Helen Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Lori was preceded in death by a sister Rebecca Cadena, grandparents Mary Saiz, Joe Saiz, Irene and John Cadena; two aunts Mary Villalpando, Earline Ragsdale and by two uncles Daniel Saiz and Tony Charles.
