Deleah Joyce Taggart, 47, of Lake Brownwood passed away on Monday, March 18, 2013, at her home. She will be cremated under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home and Cremations. A private Celebration of Life service will be held for Ms. Taggart at the family home at a later date.
Deleah Joyce Mason was born on September 19, 1965, in Andrews, Texas, a daughter of Jesse William Mason and Noma Jo Moore Mason. She had worked as a waitress before she became disabled and had lived at Lake Brownwood for the last six years, moving here from Washington.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her father, Jesse “Jake” Mason of Lake Brownwood; brothers and sisters Cindee and Royce Hanes of Brownwood, Michele and John Raben of Post, Laurie McBride of Weatherford, Jesse William Mason, Jr. of Lubbock and Justin and Angie Mason of Nacogdoches. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Noma Jo “Jodi” Mason.
