Thursday, December 1st
*8:10 p.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to a convenience store near the 3400 block of US 377 for disorderly conduct. A report for an assault was completed, and an investigation is ongoing.
Monday, December 5th
*4:41 p.m. Brownwood Police were called to Walmart regarding a theft. According to the report, Richard Torrez was issued a citation for Theft, less than $100, for attempting to shoplift items including wool socks, team caps, body spray, and a beef chimichanga. Torrez was also arrested for public intoxication after it was discovered he had been consuming alcohol.
Tuesday, December 6th
*3:30 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of 1st Street regarding a burglary of a habitation. According to the report, several items were taken, including a pair of Jordan Ritual 9’s (white top, black bottom), miscellaneous clothing, and Versace cologne. An investigation is ongoing.
*8:57 a.m. Brownwood Police assisted a probation officer with a search at a residence near the 800 block of Avenue A. During the search, a quantity of methamphetamine was discovered and placed into evidence. Officers also seized a large quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana paraphernalia including a ceramic bong in the shape of a cobra and a methamphetamine pipe fashioned from a light bulb. Officers arrested Jennifer Jolly and James Miglivacca. Two other subjects present during the search were issued citations for possession of drug paraphernalia.
*7:43 p.m. Brownwood Police responded to an accident near the 3800 block of US 377. After investigation, officers arrested Fredrick Louis Shadowens for Driving While Intoxicated. Two firearms were collected for safekeeping.

- Marcos Danniel Mares Jr. was indicted for taking or attempting to take a weapon from a peace officer and assault against a public servant.
- Mandy Annette Dybas was indicted for assault against a public servant.
- Bobby Joe Dudley was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
- Joshua James Stovall was indicted for possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone.
- Nathan Noel Perez was indicted for assault family violence occlusion, repeat offender.
- Donny Ray Holster was indicted for DWI with child passenger.
- Taylor Alexander Stoddard was indicted for assault family violence – occlusion, repeat/habitual offender.
- Justin Travis Eoff was indicted for aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
- Rogelio Rogers Martinez Jr. was indicted for assault family violence – occlusion, prior conviction.
- Wyatt Thomas Hughes was indicted for assault family violence – occlusion.
- Jacob Sterling Carlton was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
- Rafael Cervantes Lara was indicted for injury to a child, repeat offender.
- Destinee Angela Marie Hood was indicted for assault family violence – occlusion.
- Jerry Eayne Smith was indicted for assault family violence – occlusion.
