He was a devout Catholic, a constant presence at St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church for daily Mass and every Saturday evening. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus and participated in volunteer activities including Eucharistic Minister, Home Visits, Meals on Wheels, Good Samaritan, and the Soup Kitchen.
David was a loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. He is survived by his wife Jeannie, 8 children: Marie, Jennifer, Paula, Daniel, Andrea, Monica, Sarah and Joshua, along with 16 grandchildren.
His many hobbies included farming, shooting targets, woodworking, carpentry, mechanical repair, tractors and following politics. David served his country in the US Army. He spent most of his time caring for his family and friends; he would never turn down any request for help.
David will be missed, but will remain in all of our hearts, even as he watches over us from Heaven.
