Funeral services for Danny Huland Boyce, age 57, of May, will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 22, at Netherton Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Nettie, West Virginia. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. He passed away August 18, at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
Danny was born December 5, 1952 in Georgetown, West Virginia, the son of the late Chester Huland and Volena Pearl (Huffman) Boyce. He was a Baptist and was married to Lacy Bullard.
Survivors include his wife and companion of 19 years, Lacy Martinez of May; children, Tammy Boyce of Jewitt, Ohio, Danette Blythe of Strasburg, Virginia, Billy Moore of Crosby, and Amber Caraway of Waco; brothers, Tom Boyce of Houston and Bob Boyce of Anover, Kansas; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Boyce and brother, Kenny Boyce.
