CTHam

C.T. Ham announces that he is seeking re-election to the office of Constable Precinct 3 of Brown County.

He has not only served the people of Precint 3, but all of the people in Brown County since July of 1996 in that office.

Ham was awarded a basic peace officer certificate on March 1994 and issued his peace officer license on March 24th of that same year by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standard and Education.  Since that time, he has had over 17 years of experience as a peace officer with almost 15 years of that time as the Constable of Precinct 3 of Brown County.

During Ham’s time as a peace officer, he has taken and successfully completed over 1400 hours of continuing education and mandates for Texas Peace Officer.

These classes include but are not limited to subjects such as family violence, cultural awareness, child abuse, sexual assault, juvenile procedures, ethics for law enforcement, special investigator certification course and many hours of law and civil process training.  Ham also completed all required classes for his Masters in 2012.

Ham has always steadfastly believed that it is the duty of every peace officer to serve the public.  He has done this by not only assisting the public, but always standing ready to assist any other law enforcement agency in any way he possibly can.

The serving of civil process is a major duty of a constable and Ham’s knowledge of Brown County has served him well in the performance of this most important procedure.  Ham has served the courts of Brown County as well as the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.

C.T. Ham asks the voters of Precinct 3 for their favorable consideration when they cast their vote for office of Constable Precinct 3 of Brown County on May 29th.

Candidates for local elections may submit an announcement of their candidacy to lisa@mitdil1.dream.press.  Announcements will be published once and in the order they are received.
