The Brownwood Area Community Garden is hosting a free movie this Thursday, May 24, at 7pm, in the Central Texas Opportunities Conference Room, 1514 Dublin Street, next to the Garden.
This month’s movie is Vanishing of the Bees (2010), a documentary about Colony Collapse Disorder, and its broader implications for our food supply.
Local beekeeper and Garden Coordinator Daniel Graham will be on hand to give a personal perspective on the role of honeybees in nature, and in human society.
