Brownwood News – Brown County Commissioners will hold a regular meeting at 9:00 am Tuesday, November 12, on the first floor Commissioners Courtroom in the Brown County Courthouse.  Their agenda is as follows:

 

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order
2. Prayer
3. Citizen Comments
(All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on October 6, 2014. Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately.)

4. Consideration and approval of minutes of November 4th, 2019.
5. Consideration and approval of any Treasurer’s/Auditor’s Report.
6. Consideration and approval of payment of any bills needed

7. Consideration and approval of all appropriate action regarding the following:
A. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of 2020 Brown County Indigent Defense Grant Program Participation Resolution;
B. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval to amend the contract between Brown County and Lifeguard Ambulance Service as recommended by unanimous vote by the EMS Advisory Committee;
C. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval to renew contract between Brown County and Lifeguard Ambulance Service subject to the approval of the other entities involved;
D. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
E. Mr. Larry Traweek, Commissioner Pct. 4 – Consideration and possible approval of an application to install private line at 2 separate locations on CR 198 by Brookesmith SU;
F. Vance Hill, County Sheriff- Consideration and possible approval of employee changes (spon cj);
G. Vance Hill, County Sheriff- Presentation of jail report (spon cj);
