Colin Joseph Dillard, age 21 of Brownwood passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 in Brownwood. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Coggin Avenue Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Davis-Morris Funeral Home, from 6:00pm until 7:00pm.
Colin was born on September 6, 1990 to Mike and Kathy Dillard, in Denver, CO. He received his high school diploma and was currently studying marketing at Howard Payne University. Colin had a great musical talent, epically for the guitar. He began playing when he was 13-years-old. Colin was a good brother and, according to friends and family, had a big heart and was always willing to help a friend in need. Colin was loved by all who knew him, and he will be dearly missed.
Colin was preceded in death by his grandparents; I.D. and Joyce Dillard and his uncle; David Dillard.
Survivors include his parents; Mike and Kathy Dillard, his brothers; Stephen Dillard, Bryan Dillard, Caleb Dillard, and Joshua Dillard, his grandparents; Joe and Bobbie Bogar, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
