Keep Brownwood Beautiful, with the help of Nancy & Chris Stephens, have replanted the Mary Marshall Holley rose bed in Coggin Park.
The bed was originally planted and dedicated to Mrs. Holley in 1981. Mrs. Holley worked for decades to improve the appearance of Brownwood.
