Classof1970DedTreeThe Brownwood High School Class of 1970 was reunited for their 40th Class Reunion, Oct. 22-23.  Saturday morning marked a special moment for the class, as they dedicated a pecan tree in front of BHS, which had been planted in honor of the Class of 1970.

Classmates Lee Morris and Mary Beth Groce Smith led the group in paying tribute to the friends whom they had lost.  Family members of the honored class members were also in attendance.

Following the memorial, BHS Principal, Bill Faircloth, took the alumni on a tour of the renovated High School.
