Press Release – Brownwood City Hall, Landfill, Recycling Center and other non-emergency city facilities will close Monday, January 1st, in observance of the New Year. Emergency services are available for water line breaks and sewer backups 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 325-646-6000.
Residential curbside trash routes for New Year’s week will run as follows:
Monday’s collection will take place on Tuesday January 2
Tuesday’s collection will take place on Wednesday January 3
Thursday and Friday will be regular schedule.
Please have your carts out by 7 a.m. to insure collection; Call 325-643-4200 with questions.
Regular operational hours for all City facilities will resume on Tuesday January 2.
