
Thursday night, the annual Spirit of Christmas lighted parade got underway in downtown Brownwood, featuring many creative and festive entries.
There were marching bands, dancing drill teams, lighted floats with great Christmas music, local dignitaries from all across Brown County and even Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Several entries were noted to be exceptional and received special awards as follows:
