Gammage0001Funeral Services for Charles Gammage, age 76, of Brownwood, Texas will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, June 25, 2012 at the Heartland Funeral Home with his nephew Cary Killough officiating.  The family will receive friends 6:00 – 7:30 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home.  Mr. Gammage passed away Friday, June 22, 2012 in Waco to join the father he had never met.

Charles William Gammage was born on January 9, 1936 in Houston County, Texas to Carl and Irene Franklin Gammage.  Shortly after his birth his father passed away and his mother married Albert Clines who raised him.  He grew up and attended school in Ralls, Texas and proudly served in the United States Air Force.  Charles moved to Brownwood in 1962 and attended the Calvary Baptist Church.  He was a caring person and took own being a caretaker for people and also many abandoned pets.

Jenny Clines of Washington, D.C.

Numerous Great Nieces and Nephews and a great great niece and nephew.

Preceded in death by his father Carl Gammage, mother and step father Irene and Albert Clines.
