Memorial services for Charles A. “Charlie” Powers, 65, of Brownwood will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, November 1, 2016 in the Davis-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Powers died Thursday, October 20, 2016.
Charlie was born October 8, 1951 to Verna Fay McKinney and Robert Pendelton Powers. He was a lifelong resident of Brownwood and worked as a plumber his entire life.Survivors include his daughter, Danessa Powers; three brothers, Bobby Powers, Billy Powers and wife, Tinia, and Walter Powers; grandchildren Jayden, Samantha and Ashton; and close friends Jerry Barnum, Larry Moore and Bobbie Turner.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
