Graveside services for Cennia Clintus “Peg” Edgar will be Wednesday July 25, 2012 at 3:00 PM in the Blanket Cemetery. Interment will follow. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Heartland Funeral Home in Early.
She was born July 3, 1935 in May, Texas to Clint and Effie Fisher Edgar. Peg passed away Sunday July 22, 2012 at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas.
She was a basketball coach, a swimming coach, and a teacher.
Peg is survived by: nephew Don Edgar and family of Arkansas, niece Tina Wilhelm and family of Brownwood, Texas, special friend Jamie Hamm of Abilene, Texas, sister-in-law Ila Edgar of Early, Texas, niece Tammy Lope of Brownwood, Texas and numerous friends.She is preceded in death by her parents, nephew John Edgar, brother G.C. Edgar, and a brother John Edgar.
