Brownwood News – District Attorney, Micheal Murray says felony cases were recently heard in Brown/Mills County District Court, Judge Stephen Ellis, presiding.
Arron Shane White, pied no contest to the felony offense of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and was sentenced to Twelve (12) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Robert ODean Fry, pied guilty to the felony offenses of Possession or Promotion of Child Pornography and Indecency with a Child and was sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Jason Paul Young, pied guilty to the felony offense of Driving While Intoxicated and was sentenced to Nine (9) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Nicholas Sterling, pied guilty to the felony offenses of Possession or Promotion of Child Pornography and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender – Failure to Comply with Other Requirement and was sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Sterling, on probation for the felony offense of Sexual Assault of a Child was adjudicated and sentenced to Eight (8) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
