The annual Canines, Cats, and Cabernet fundraising event to benefit the Corinne T. Smith Animal Center in Brownwood will be held on Friday, April 7th, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Depot Civic & Cultural Center.
This year’s event will again feature a “Vegas” theme complete with casino-style games. The event will also feature silent and live auctions, a food tent, and wine and beverages will be served. Back by popular request is the “Booze Basket” raffle.
Tickets are limited, and attendees are encouraged to purchase them beforehand to ensure entry. Tickets are $60 and can be purchased at the Corinne T. Smith Animal Center Monday through Friday from 1 to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. Tickets are also available at local radio stations.
The Canines, Cats, and Cabernet event is the main fundraiser for the animal shelter. The mission of the Corinne T. Smith Animal Center is dedicated to promoting the welfare, compassionate care and protection of animals. The shelter accepts all domestic animals brought in and works to find suitable homes for adoptable animals. To learn more about the Corinne T.
