Brownwood High School Cross Country participated in the Burleson Elk Run last week and one member of the girls’ team was named TxRunning’s of 3A Runner of the Week.
Tori Burkett, a sophomore at BHS was the top 3A runner at the Burleson meet, placing 4th overall, with the top 2 mile time in 3A.
She ran a personal record of 12:24.19 on Friday, August 30th.
Tori Burkett is the Girls 3A Runner of the Week, the 2016 Brownwood grad was the top 3A runner at Burleson and holds the top 2 mile time in 3A.For complete results of the 3A portion of the Burleson Elk Run, click here.
