Concert tickets for the 2011 Brownwood Reunion Celebration main stage will go on sale Thursday, August 4th at noon. This year’s concerts will feature Easton Corbin, Eddie Money, and Group 1 Crew as the headliners.
The three-day weekend pass, in the form of wristbands cost $15 each in advance and will be available at the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce, KOXE, Wendlee Broadcasting, Brownwood Music, or online at CelebrateBrownwood.com. The event will be held on September 16-18.
Organizers for the 11th annual Brownwood Reunion Celebration will also be delivering posters to market the event across the county Thursday. The theme for this year’s Reunion is “1960’s Come Together.”
Other features at this year’s celebration include a reptile show, magic show, 5K/10K run, mini-train rides, parades, pony rides, kid’s activities & petting zoo, rock wall, carnival, BBQ cookoff, and of course live music. The popular Hands on a House competition will also make a return to this year’s event.
The 11th annual Brownwood Reunion Celebration is a community-wide celebration featuring shows, competitions, arenas, music, food, vendors, and much more. Thousands of visitors and residents attend the celebration each year taking place down Carnegie Street and side-streets from the Brownwood Coliseum to the Depot Civic and Cultural Center. Thousands of volunteers help coordinate the event each year.
