Brownwood News – Jace Jones, CEO of Brownwood Regional Medical Center, shared the following statement to the community on Good Friday.
To all the caregivers and the community,

I want to express my gratitude to all the caregivers at Brownwood Regional Medical Center and to all of those serving on the front lines during this challenging time. It is a privilege to work alongside you and to see your care and compassion in this time of great need.

I also want to thank the families of our caregivers. Your sacrifice, especially right now, does not go unnoticed.

Thank you to our local government leaders, the health department, local businesses, friends, and neighbors who have shown support. The outpouring of encouraging words and donations of food, water, and supplies are appreciated more than you know. Thank you for taking care of us.

To our community, please continue to practice social distancing. These measures are critical to your health and to the health of our entire community. Your efforts will help protect your families and our entire healthcare team. We continue to come to work for you, so please continue to stay at home for us.

Wishing everyone a happy and healthy Easter holiday.
