Brownwood News – Today (Thurs 8/29) is a special day in the history of Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
A 50th Anniversary Celebration will begin at 10 o’clock this morning with a dedication of the new entry way sign, honoring the original Brown County Hospital Authority Board Members.
The group will first gather at the entry sign for a ribbon cutting with the Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce and then assemble in the Gift Shop Lobby area for the remainder of the presentation.
There will be a proclamation by Brownwood Mayor, Stephen Haynes, and a presentation by the Texas Hospital Association.
Refreshments will also be served.
