The report states that officer Hutchins made contact with the driver of the pickup and noticed a smell of alcohol on his breath and the driver indicated that he had two beers before driving.

The driver was taken by Guardian EMS to Brownwood Regional Medical Center where a blood sample was taken.  A warrant for the driver’s arrest may be sought pending the results of the blood analysis.
