THEFT – On Monday, May 13, 2019 at approximately 0843 hours, Officer Risdon was dispatched to a south Brownwood address regarding a theft that had occurred earlier in the night. Upon arrival an investigation and a report was completed.
THEFT OF FIREARM – FROM MOTOR VEHICLE/CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750 – On 5/14/2019 at approximately 7:00 AM, Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2700 block of Hunters Run for a call of theft. Police made contact with complainant and a report was made for theft of a firearm, burglary of a vehicle and criminal mischief.
BURGLARY OF VEHICLE – On Tuesday, May 14, 2019 Bownwood Police Officers were dispatched to a south Brownwood residence for a burglary report. Information was gathered and a report has been generated.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION W/3 PRIOR CONVICTIONS – On Tuesday May 14th, 2019 at approximately 7:00 PM Officers with the Brownwood Police Department responded to a call in the 500 block of E Commerce in reference to Panhandling. Crystal Bates was discovered on scene and arrested for Public Intoxication 3rd or more.
INTERFERE W/CHILD CUSTODY – On Tuesday May 14th, 2019 at approximately 8:30 PM Officers with the Brownwood Police Department responded to a Phone Call, in reference to an Interference with Child Custody issue. A report was generated for this incident.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS, ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ – On 5/14/19 at approximately 8:51 AM, Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to Durham Ave in reference to assault. Upon arrival, they met with subject who told them that he had been assaulted by an unknown white male subject. A report has been completed.
TERRORISTIC THREAT CAUSE FEAR OF IMMINENT SBI – INTIMIDATION – On 5/14/2019 Brownwood Police responded to a south side residence in reference to a report of a Terroristic Threat. A report was generated.
POSS MARIJUANA <2 OZ DFZ IAT – On 5/14/19 at approximately 2313 hrs, Sgt Miller and I attempted a warrant service at 340 Market Place #111 in search of Juan Olivarez who had two outstanding Municipal Court warrants. Juan was also in possession of a marijuana cigarette. Juan was arrested for all of the above.
ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ – SIMPLE ASLT – On 05/15/19, Brownwood PD was dispatched to a south Brownwood address in regards to an assault that occurred on 05/14/19, which resulted in a report for assault being generated.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS – On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, Officers responded to 401 West Commerce Street (Walmart) in reference to a female on scene that has a criminal trespass warning. After speaking to all parties involved the female subject was placed in custody and transported to the Brown County Jail for criminal trespass.
