While on patrol Officers of the Brownwood Police Department were dispatched to the 500 block of W Commerce st, on February 18th, 2019, for a report of Hit and Run. A report was generated.

On Friday, February 19, 2019 Brownwood Police Officers were dispatched to a south Brownwood residence for a criminal mischief report. Information was gathered and a report has been generated.

On 2/19/2019 at approximately 7:00 PM, Brownwood Police officers made a traffic stop in the 200 block of 377 South. Upon making the stop officers noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officers searched the vehicle and found marijuana. officers placed the driver into custody for possession of marijuana.

On Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at approximately 11:44 PM, A Brownwood Police Officer conducted a warrant service in the 1900 block Vincent St. James Evan Rose was arrested for outstanding local warrants. Marijuana was also found on Rose’s person. Rose was arrested for Possession of Marijuana <2OZ DFZ.
