Last Wednesday just after midnight, Brownwood Police officer Kimberly Cantu made traffic stop in the Town & County Store’s parking lot of a vehicle she observed weaving between lanes according to police reports.  Officer Cantu arrested 30-year-old Heather Beachman after administering Field Sobriety Tasks to her.

A search warrant for a blood sample was issued by judge Frank Griffin after Beachman refused to give a breath sample according to police reports. Beachman was charged with DWI 2nd due to a previous conviction and a blood sample was taken at Brownwood Regional Medical Center.

Unrelated weekend arrests:

-On Friday, Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Bridget Roman for disorderly conduct.  Police reports indicate that Roman was yelling profanity in the 1500 block of Borden Street and refused to stop after multiple police warnings.

-On Saturday, Brownwood Police arrested 37-year-old Teresa Michelle Allen for driving while license invalid.  Police reports say that Allen was driving her vehicle in town while her driver’s license was suspended

-Saturday evening, police arrested Kandace Nichole Carr, 19, for criminal trespass.  Police reports state that Carr had previously been issued a criminal trespass warning for Hastings.  Store employees called police when Carr entered the store according to reports.
