Brownwood News – On Monday, July 8, 2019 at 19:44 hours an officer was dispatched to a north Brownwood address in the 1000 block of West Conference in reference to a Criminal Mischief case. A report was taken.
On Monday, July 08, 2019 the Brownwood Police Department performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 700 block of Avenue I. During the traffic stop, a small quantity of methamphetamine and Lorazepam were recovered. At the conclusion of the investigation, two men were arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
