The following calls for service were responded to by the officers of the Brownwood Police Department on Monday and Tuesday of this week.
On 04/06/2020 Brownwood officers were dispatched to a phone call in reference to burglary. A report has been generated.
On April 6, 2020, at 16:45 hours, a Brownwood PD Officer spoke with a male subject regarding the burglary of a habitation in the 1600 block of Avenue G. A possible suspect was named, and a report was generated.
On Tuesday April 7, 2020, officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of 4th street in reference to a family violence call. When officers arrived the victim was discovered to have sustained an injury during the altercation. The offender was placed into custody and transported to the Brown County Jail. A report was generated for Continuous Violence Against The Family.
