Brownwood News – The Board of Directors of Brownwood Municipal Development District will meet at 1:30 pm today (Tues) at City Hall, 501 Center. In addition to regular monthly reports and the Director’s Report, the BMDD Board may convene into a closed executive session.
- The Board will discuss Building Improvement Incentive Program (BIIP) grant applications for 3 local businesses.
- The Board will discuss legal issues with attorney regarding an event center.
- The Board will discuss a possible loan/incentive for a local manufacturing company.
- The Board will discuss industrial/manufacturing project funding.
- The Board will reconvene into Regular Session to take any action deemed necessary as a result of the Executive Session.
