The Brownwood Middle School’s football season is in full swing with an 8th grade team taking on Stephenville while the 7th grade faced San Angelo Lincoln.
The 8th grade “C” team faced Stephenville’s “C” team with Brownwood coming out on top 14-8. Brownwood came out strong scoring all of their points in the first half and holding Stephenville to scoring all of their points in the second half.
Tyler Insixiengmay scored 3 times with a 20 yard touchdown run, 2pt run conversion, and a 7 yard touchdown run.

The 7th graders faced San Angelo Lincoln.
The 7th grade “A” team game ended in a tie with coaches saying that the Lions played outstanding defense and battled to a 0-0 tie. Overall it was the best effort of the season.

The 7th Grade “B” team lost their game to San Angelo Lincoln with a final score of 6-20.
Joseph Myers scored for the Lions with a 60 yard touchdown run.
