A Brownwood man was killed during a crash in Cochran County Tuesday night.
The Texas Department of Public Safety says Bobby Lee Walters, 49, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash of Hwy 214 near Plains, Texas, around 5:20 p.m.
A press release says Walters was traveling north down the highway when his truck, “drifted into the southbound lane into the path of the semi-tractor trailer unit.”
Both occupants of the semi were injured during the incident but are expected to survive.
DPS is still investigating the crash.
