The 2009/2010 high school football season is at hand as schools plan to start later this month. The Brownwood Lions are not wasting any time as they hit the practice field for the first time this morning.
Head Lions coach Bob Shipley came to Brownwood in January and is gearing up for his first football season here. This will be the first full practice of all the new football players and new coaching staff working together as a cohesive unit. Varsity, JV, and Freshman will sweat it out in the Texas heat during morning practices as they look to have winning seasons this year. Check out a few photos from today’s practice below.
