Brownwood ISD will be accepting student transfer requests during the month of April.
Out-of-district transfer requests will be accepted for all students in grades kindergarten through grade twelve. In-district transfer requests will be accepted for current, in-district transfer students only. Siblings of current, in-district transfer students must attend the school in their residential attendance zone.
BISD does not approve transfer requests for PK students.
All transfer requests for current year students must be submitted by April 29. Notification of approval or denial will be mailed to applicants by July 28.Transfer request forms are available at campus offices or at the Central Administration Office located at 2707 Southside Drive between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or on the BISD website at www.brownwoodisd.org/transfers.
