“Educational Diagnosticians have the ability to assess and diagnose learning problems of students and are a valuable resource to students, teachers and parents,” said Alice Cox, Director of Special Education at Brownwood ISD. “They are adept at the scientific side of testing but still can relate to the students and adults.”
“BISD is extremely fortunate to have our three dedicated and knowledgeable diagnosticians,” Cox said, adding that to be a diagnostician you must earn a Master’s Degree in the field. “We offer congratulations and thanks for the contributions they make to our district.”
