The Brownwood Intermediate 6th grade Choir presented “Harmony High” to their fellow classmates and parents last week. The show takes place on the first day of school at Harmony High, where students sing in every class.
“New students, played by Caitlyn Tucker, Alyssa Salazar, and Branson Koepp-Cox, discovered what singing was all about,” explained music and choir teacher, Amber Jones. “They end up singing in gym class, the cafeteria, science class and even detention. They realize how easy it is to learn some things, if you learn them with a song.”
The choir performed the show on the Brownwood Intermediate/Coggin Cafeteria stage on February 27th and 28th. “The choir worked very hard to complete the scenes with singing, dancing and lots of fun,” said Jones. “I’m so proud of how they performed.”
