The Brownwood Girls Softball Association will begin accepting registrations on February 1st from all Brown County girls for the upcoming youth softball season. Early registration, which will run from February 1st through February 10th, will be $35.00 per child, $25.00 for the second child, and $20.00 for each additional. Regular registration will run February 11th through March 7th and cost at that time will be $45.00 per child and $25.00 for each additional child. Late registrations will not be accepted.
Registration forms can be picked up and dropped off at Weakley-Watson Sporting Goods at 102 Fisk Avenue in Brownwood. Forms can also be downloaded from the Brownwood Girls Softball Association website which is www.brownwoodgirlssoftball.com, forms can be found under the handout section on the website, and mailed to: Brownwood Girls Softball Association, P.O. BOX 611, Brownwood TX 76804.
There are two coaches meeting currently scheduled for Monday, February 10th at Adams Street Community Center at 6:00 PM and Thursday, February 20th at the Camp Bowie Gym across from the softball complex at 6:00 PM.Draft date and times are scheduled as follows:
8U: March 16th at 1:00 PM
10U: March 16th at 1:00 PM
12U: March 16th at 3:30 PM
14U: March 16th at 3:30 PM
