Tuesday, June 14
*5:47 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident at Hackberry & Waco Streets. Firefighters arrived on scene to find a motorcycle had been struck by a truck. Firefighters provided patient care until EMS arrived on scene.
Wednesday, June 15
*9:25 AM – Brownwood Fire Department was dispatched to a fire call in the 1100 block of Fisk Avenue regarding an automatic alarm activation. Fire crews arrived on scene, searched the entire building and found a pull station activated.
Thursday, June 16
*9:56 AM – Brownwood Fire Department was called to a lock-in in the 700 block of Carnegie Street. Fire crews arrived on scene to find a vehicle locked with one child inside. Firefighters unlocked the vehicle and removed the child from the car unharmed.*8:14 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident at Avenue K & 1st Street. Fire crews arrived on scene to find all occupants out of the vehicles and that there were no injuries.
Friday, June 17
*2:14 PM – Brownwood Fire Department was dispatched to a fire call in the 2100 block of 10th Street. Fire crews responded to a malfunctioning smoke alarm. Firefighters investigated the home and all was determined to be clear.
Saturday, June 18
*5:56 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a single vehicle accident with injuries in the 3100 block of West US Hwy 84. Firefighters assisted with loading the patient into the ambulance for transport.
Sunday, June 19
*7:35 PM – Brownwood Fire Department was dispatched to a lock-in in the 1900 block of Avenue D. Firefighters arrived and found a child locked in a vehicle. The doors were opened and the child was removed from the vehicle unharmed.
