Monday, June 6
*7:28 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a single vehicle accident with ejection on County Road 213. Firefighters assessed driver and provided advanced life support. The driver was loaded into an ambulance and transported by EMS to Brownwood Regional Medical Center.
Tuesday, June 7
*9:07 AM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1000 block of Riverside Drive. Fire crews arrived on scene to find all occupants out of the vehicles.
Wednesday, June 8
*9:44 AM – Brownwood Fire Department was dispatched to a fire call in the 1800 block of 14th Street regarding a carbon monoxide alarm activation. Fire fighters arrived on scene and began investigation with a gas detector. Abnormal readings were detected and firefighters advised the owner to contact a plumber. The house was ventilated.*11:10 PM – Brownwood Fire Department was dispatched to a fire call in the 1500 block of Austin Avenue regarding a downed power line. Fire crews arrived on scene with police and the line was determined to be a telephone wire which was not a hazard.
Thursday, June 9
*11:48 AM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to an accident involving a vehicle striking a tree in the 900 block of 4th Street. There were no injuries.
Friday, June 10
*4:56 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a minor vehicle accident in the 500 block of Commerce Street. EMS performed patient care and transported one to BRMC.
*6:31 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of 2nd Street & Coggin Avenue. Firefighters arrived on scene to find everyone out of the vehicles.
