Monday, November 2
*12:18 AM – Brownwood Fire Department was called to a fire in the 1500 block of Avenue D. Fire Crews determined the incident to be an authorized controlled burn.
*1:18 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries at the intersection of Main Street and Adams Street.
Tuesday, November 3
*4:51 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of Crockett Drive and U.S. Hwy 377 S.
Wednesday, November 4
*9:46 AM – Brownwood Fire Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Coggin Avenue and 3rd Street. Firefighters arrived on scene to find a pickup truck had ran into a building. The driver refused medical care. The Fire Marshal checked the building.*4:19 PM – Brownwood Fire Department was called to a fire in the 3000 block of 4th Street. Firefighters arrived on scene to find a pot holder had been dropped in the oven. The pot holder was removed from the oven eliminating chance of fire.
*5:37 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a 3 vehicle accident with roadway blocked on U.S. Hwy 377 South. Fire crews assisted EMS with medical attention and one occupant was transported to Brownwood Regional Medical Center for evaluation and treatment.
10:23 PM – Brownwood Fire Department was called to the Law Enforcement Center, located at 1050 W. Commerce. The incident was determined to be a system malfunction.
Thursday, November 5
*5:46 AM – Brownwood Fire Department was called to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on U.S. Hwy 377 South. Fire crews assisted EMS with loading of the patient for transport.
*5:39 PM – Brownwood Fire Department was called to a fire in the 4500 block of U.S. Hwy 377 South. Firefighters responded to the report of a fire on the north side of building; however, when they arrived on scene, they were met by an employee who advised that the fire was out.
Saturday, November 7
*7:10 PM – Brownwood Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Austin Avenue and Main Street.
